So sad to hear that David died so prematurely. We worked together at Eastern Electricity in the 1970s and regularly played badminton at Mid Suffolk, as well as performing badly as a group. His pleasure in campanology was apparent even then and obviously grew with time. as often happens as time went on and mariage, job moves etc. meant we lost touch.
